PRACTICE HEAD

Peter Alexander DePass is an Attorney-At-Law practising in Kingston, Jamaica. He was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 1991 and graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) in 1988. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School (1990) and holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate & Commercial Law from University College London, University of London, 1991. Peter is the Registrar of the Diocese of Jamaica & the Cayman Islands and is Deputy Chairman of Nature Preservation Foundation. He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.

Dylan Spencer joined DePass & Co. Attorneys-At-Law in November 2025.

He graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill with a Bachelor of LawS Degree in 2023 and was awarded a Certificate of Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School in 2025.
